Digital Products and Services
E-Books, Reports, and Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, reports, downloadable guides, and other digital content are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided or the content has been accessed. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions before making your purchase.
Online Courses and Webinars
For pre-recorded online courses:
- If you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- If you have accessed more than 25% of the course content, no refund will be issued.
For live webinars and workshops:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 2-6 days before the scheduled event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund but may transfer the registration to another person or a future event within 6 months.
Premium Membership Subscriptions
For monthly premium memberships:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- No refunds will be provided for the current billing period, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing period.
For annual premium memberships:
- If you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a refund, less a 25% administrative fee.
- After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for annual subscriptions.
Consulting and Advisory Services
One-on-One Consulting Sessions
For scheduled consulting sessions:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
- You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled time.
Investment Portfolio Reviews
For investment portfolio review services:
- If you cancel before we have begun work on your portfolio review, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel after we have begun work but before delivery of the final report, a refund less a 40% work-completed fee will be issued.
- No refunds will be issued after the completed portfolio review has been delivered.
Financial Planning Packages
For comprehensive financial planning packages:
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work, which is non-refundable once the initial consultation has taken place.
- If you choose to discontinue services before completion, you will be charged for the work completed up to that point, and any excess payment will be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued after the final financial plan has been delivered.
Events and Conferences
For in-person or virtual conferences and events:
- Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 7 days before the event.
In the event that we cancel or reschedule an event:
- You will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled event, transfer your registration to another event, or receive a full refund.
- We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred as a result of a cancellation or rescheduling.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you experience a serious illness, family emergency, or other extraordinary situation that prevents you from using our services, please contact us. We will consider refund requests due to exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, and may require supporting documentation.

- For eligible refunds, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.
